Questions

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time, from your Account page. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then becomes Free. Your analyses stay until their time on your plan is up.

Is there a refund?

If Prosemetry isn't for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. Write to hello@prosemetry.com.

Does Prosemetry rewrite my writing?

No. It shows what a reader may notice and asks the questions an editor would. You make every change, in your own voice.

How do I pay?

By card, through Stripe. Prosemetry never sees or stores your card number.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Move between Basic and Pro, or between monthly and yearly, from your Account page.

Who is Pro for?

Professional writers, academic researchers and graduate students: documents up to 25,000 words, twice the analyses, and every measured value, paragraph by paragraph, as a spreadsheet.
